Uh, she has a serious medical problem, and needs to be taken to the vet!
It could be something as deadly as parvo(which doesn't sound like it is, so dont' think that), or it could be something as simple as an allergy to her food.
Either way, I'd take her to the vet. That should have been your fist thought, as a responsible pet owner. Not trying to say that you don't care, or you're not responsible, it's just a term that I hve stuck in my mind.
And being at 4 months old, she needs about 5 small meals a day. She's still young, and growing. When she reaches around 9 months, then break her down to 3, then when she's over a year, 1-2 meals a day is fine, with a few treats in between. Dogs are resiliant animals, and can go about 2-3 days without eating, before losing weight, or showing signs of starvation. Feeding 1-2 times a day ensures the health of your dog, by managing her weight. She's to young to worry about her weight. She's supposed to be a chunker!
But definately take her to the vet! I wish you the best of luck!

Take her to the vet asap. We had a Golden Retriever who exhibited the same symptoms. Our vet had us feed him boiled chicken and rice and he threw that up, too. The next step was an overnight stay at the vet and then exploratory surgery. It was like opening a shark! He had chewed up a rope tug toy which lodged in his intestines. It blocked everything else he ate, including a GI Joe, part of a Barbie, pennies, nickles, a pen cap, etc. The only thing missing was a license plate. LOL Anyway, the blockage in his intestines prevented his body from digesting anything and he eventually started throwing up, unable to hold anything down. Could be a similar problem, especially with a Lab. The good news is he recovered quickly once the problem was found and fixed. He was a puppy when that happened and we had him for almost 14 years.

Dogs get sick just as humans do.. My Yellow Lab will regurgitate when he isn't feeling well. The big lug loves to eat but when he was a pup he didn't regulate himself too well.. Part of it could be the fight for bowl mentality a lot of pups get. They may be from a large litter and have to fight for the teat on mommy.. Runts of the litter often scarf and barf.
If you are worried about the puffy eyes, I concur with the see a vet thing.. With a pup that age it wouldn't hurt to get her checked out. Bout time for shots and worming? Won't hurt.
My yellow is absolutely without question the smartest animal I've ever had. He's a good bird dog, and one awesome retriever.. He can't get enough ducks and pheasants in his eyes to please himself. And in return pleasing his best hunting buddy..
Take care of that pup you'll have the best friend one can have for quite a while

Call the vet ASAP. She may have eaten something that she shouldn't have or she could have a blockage.
