It will take a while to get
a flat stomache. thats hard to do.
It will take fat burning and sit-ups.

1. go to a gym. exceersice. of corse. but not to much that yr body cant handle it.

2. eat the right protiens, calcium, iron, minerals. AND FAT.
NO TRANS FAT ! ! ! ! ! ! !

3. do sit-ups.
a.) feet under a chair, stool, bed, couch...ect; and go up all the way to yr knees
b.) do bicycle crunches. lie down on back pretend to petal (both feet in the air) and move your abdominal parts up and down.

4. type "types of crunches" on the internet.
do ATLEAST 200 crunches. well...thats what i do...maybe less..maybe higher..w/e you want.

P.S.
You can also join a good gym to get a flat stomache.
GOOD LUCK<3

crunches are the same as a sit up but not, when you crunch you bring your knees up lying flat on the floor, fingers clasped together behind the head and just raise the upper part of your body a little bit. the best indicator you are doing this right is you should feel the burn pretty quick. you do not have to go to far up to feel this. also the best crunch is when you lift yourself, feel the burn and hold it their for a count of 5 seconds or so. the more reps in a single session the better the outcome but go slow at first!

It's another word for sit ups.

Sit ups are the best way to a flat stomach. They hurt like hell though. Good luck!

Oh you may want to try one of those Ab crunchers they advertise on TV. I've heard they're better on your back. I've seen them at Walmart for reasonable prices.

crunches sometimes hurt people's necks, due to the quantity you "need" to see improvements. I like to use those yoga balls, gently place your butt on the edge and try to do "sit-ups" while balancing the ball. Seems to work well, along with inclined bench, doing situps with a light medicine ball.

great site with exercises, etc...but you might not want to get that ripped hahah

Crunches are basically half of a sit-up and holding it.

They are like half-situps, where you clench your stomach muscles but don't actually pull your whole back off of the floor.
