I always stuff them with cream cheese and pinapple juice drained from a can of crushed pinapples,,, ummmmm there very good !!!

I like cream cheese that's been mixed with a dash of cayenne, just a dash, on very fresh celery sticks. Also good is a cheese spread that includes pimento bits.

I like to dip them in Ranch dressing. Also velveeta cheese spread, or even peanut butter from time to time.
