rice cakes are great they come in so many different flavors they don't taste like cardboard anymore. crackers and cheese are good also and convenient, try the peanut butter ones they give energy and starve off those hunger pains, raisins in a box, celery again with peanut butter is really good. nuts, granola bars all provide high energy with little calorie intake. the breakfast bars by carnation give you a treat and a meal if your really an on the go person, and of course their is always fruit!

plain almonds. raisins. apples. whole wheat crackers. mozzarella sticks. dry cereal in a small plastic bag -- the kind that you can eat by the handful -- make sure it is low fat, low sugar, like plain cheerios. peanuts. carrot sticks. broccoli florets. dried apricots. plain popcorn. hard-boiled eggs. remember that everything depends on portion size -- when you're eating dried fruit or nuts, you want to eat only a small amount. Good luck, and enjoy! Good for you for planning healthy snacks!

popcprn cakes, wheat thins, triskits, apples, oranges, organic low fat yogart, these are just a few that are good for you and are not loaded full of sweetners and other things that are unhealthy for you. Fresh fruits and veggies are always protable and really good for you. try to stay away from "diet" foods- the stuff in them are just as unhealthy as over sweetened and over proccessed foods. Plus they are expensive!!!
