I know this guy he's really cute and he never notices me when I have make up on, but then when I don't wear any he comes up and flirts! What do I do?

sounds like he likes YOU, not all the makeup you wear. & is turned off by the fact you'd hide under a mask of makeup. Don't wear makeup around him, but I also think if he was really interested by you, it wouldn't matter if you had makeup on or not. Maybe he's just attracted to you out of pure vanity.
Ask him about it & see what he says, if you get a gut feeling he's full of it, move on.

Well I think ladies make a horrible mistake thinking that the more dolled up they look the more likely a guy will notice them. Being a guy and talking to guys makeup does little to attach a guy. So I am suspecting that it may not be your lack of makeup but rather a change in your personality or company when you are not wearing makeup.
If he likes you and he might not like all the attention makeup screams "look at ME" and e might just like to be the one having your attention without you advertising to everyone else to look at you too.
losing the makeup is a good idea and I guess you are not bad looking to start with so there's probably no need to wear in the first place. Just a thought

He probably likes you without make up and that's probably why he flirts with you when you don't have it on. If you want him to come and flirt with you, then just don't wear it. He might be trying to tell you something.

heres some advice from the school flirt...
guys hate when girls TRY to be noticed... with make up, purposely "finding" him in the halls, or "acidently" knocking his books down. just play it cool and calm down... if u have a class with him... sit with him you have nothing to lose...

It sounds like he likes your true beauty...so consider yourself lucky. Most guys I know wouldn't even take a second look at me if I went around without makeup. So just flaunt what u've got!

offer him sex with no strings attatched and let him crap all over you. or when he notices you, you can let him do that in one way or another any howz,
- how about you experiment more with skimpier clothes and **** makeup, and notice what happens like a lab rat. or get someone who gives a flying **** and notices you anyways.

thats telling you dont wear make up he likes you natural.a lot of guy's like females just the way they are dont try to be someone that you not if you really like him then stop wearin the make up and see what really happens.

It may mean that he is shy, plus, have you two ever made eye contact? or do you actually think he likes you? anyway, you should try to make the first move, some guys like that... just don't seem too needy.

Be yourself!! Do you like wearing, putting on all that makeup? If he likes you, he likes you....makeup is not something that guys notice, it's something we do to impress other girls about how pretty we are. Good luck to you and I hope it works out.
