LOL, I assume you mean Chocolate by LG. Here's what you need to do:

If it's CDMA (Korea, US, or Canada), register the MEID with your carrier (Chocolates don't have ESNs - they ran out) then call OTA activations (*228 on Verizon Wireless in the US and most other north American CDMA carriers) to program it.

If it's GSM (not avail. in the US, since it's a Verizon exclusive in the US) then make sure it's unlocked (or locked to your carrier) then insert your SIM card.
