How do find out if there are any violations on my child's daycaress

Get the license number of the facility then call licensing agency in your state and ask if there are any violations

Your state regulates the daycare centers. You may be able to check them out at you local child protection agency. Or they may be able to tell you where to go.

It really depends on which state you live in. In my state there is a licensing agency,within the dept of children's services. The best way to find out would be to call the local child welfare office and ask them who is responsible for licensing in your area.
