Yeah, I know a great deal of people have this problem but I'm just wondering if anyone had some quick dieting or exercise tips to work with? I'm 5'2" and 135lbs(going for 125lbs), but, most of the weight is in my chest(36D) and my bottom. I've lost 30lbs since May and I just want to tone up my center a little more.

The best and fun way is TAEBO! it will definately kick your butt though.

You wont only lose weight but you will tighten up you muscles and abs. AND teach you some quick moves!

Just devote 3 days a week to about an hour of cardiovascular workouts with TAEBO!

When it comes to the stomach fat you've got to burn it off and watch what you eat mainly. Most people think crunches will do it but all that does is build muscle (the fat is still going to be there) So try to do some cardio (at least 3 days/week) like running or cycling or something like that. And then do some workouts with weights which actually burns more calories than cardio sometimes. Then of course, hit the ab work...HARD. Don't just do the usual crunches on your back, but try side crunches (to work love handles) do leg lifts where you hold your legs only inches from the ground while laying down. Do some knee raises where you try to bring your knees to your chest while on a bar. And then also work your lower back which helps to tighten the core. Hope this helps and have fun w/your workout. If anything, all the exercising will release endorphins and help make you happy! :-)

All you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.

yes, I lost most of my stomach and mid section by doing 25-30 set ups, when I woke up in the morning, before I got out of bed, also did the same sometime during day, and the last thing before going to sleep. It took me about 3 weeks, but I lost @ 5 inches just stick with it

Crunches Deb, start at 5 minutes per day 3-4 days per week, then 20 minutes, then 30. You will see difference in two-three weeks,.. Promise. I did it, it works. Do it in the morning and/or right before you go to bed.

The Ball--- My sister has been using it and her belly has gone down a lot since the last time i saw her, she says she does crunches on it and it really burns your stomach, so I'm getting me one tomorrow and I'll keep you posted I'll also try the Taebo and keep you posted.
