Okay, I am 13 and I weigh 165 and I am 5'7. My B.M.I is 25.8 and I play ALOT of soccer. I have some fat on my thighes and stomache. What are some simple excersizes I can use so I don't look fat in my gym uniform in 2 weeks.

dont do sit ups! it will only build muscle, which is not your goal. do something that requires your whole body. run, or even just walk. if you have stairs, just run up and down them...until you get tired. then keep working even though youre tired...it will also with your endurance, which will in turn help you with your soccer.

All you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.

try a steady diet and sit-ups EVERY night before u go to bed. it really helps that way and it will help u in soccer. try adding 10 every night ro if u r strong just try 100 every night, that's how many i do. also take a vitiaim every day, that will help ALOT. wish u luck.
