ok I am a HS JR and the girl who is my friend but isnt my gf is the principal's daughter the fact that she is doesnt bother me but other guys accuse me of some kind of suck-up sh!t im not trying 2 do anything except get the girl. I like the girl not because of her status but because she has a personality that appels 2 me (and she's hot. :) What do i do to shut them up I could clobber them but there are 2 many of them

Don't even worry about those guys. The opinions of others are one of the main causes of failure for guys pursuing girls. The more u let them get to you, the better they are doing. Ignore them, and get the girl. Tell her u like her and ask her out. If this goes well (and I hope it does) u can rub it in their face!

Well, for one why would you worry about what others think anyway..You will quickly learn that you are the one living your life, you get up each day and deal with the decisions that you make..If you want to be with this girl go for it..You never know what could happen.
And most of the time when people are trying to make you feel bad for your decision and making fun of you it is usually b/c they are jealous. So dont let other peoples jealousy ruin your chances..Live you life the way that you want to!! It has nothing to do with being a suck up and honestly in the real world the suck ups get farther quicker so hey a little practice always helps.

Jason, do you realize that when you are old and gray, there will still be people that disagree with you and talk about you for the choices you make. Who would you be dating this young lady for, your self or your friends. Stop letting what other people think or say dictate who you are or who you are going to become. You never know, you may start spending time with this young lady and find out she is not someone you want to invest a lot of time in. So, I say go for it. What have you got to lose? Because if these guys are really your friends they will be with you no matter who you have as a girlfriend. Good Luck!

Hmmm...clobbering sounds like a bad idea. Well, you know why you like her, so don't worry about anyone else. Let's say you end up dating her, then your actions will speak louder than anything (including fighting). You will prove that you really like her for her great personality and good looks not because of who her dad is. And give me a break, you have to have good intentions because if you mess up with this girl her dad is the principal so it is more of a liability than a perk or suck up opportunity...sounds to me like your friends are jealous. Maybe they want the hot girl for themselves and you are too big a threat to that?! Something to think about.

Don't bother with them. Your agendas are your own (suckin up or just trying to get the girl) but let the girl know your intentions or she may beleive the rumors.
