we just adopted a korean sister, all of my siblings are older but we still can not understand somethings she says, and likewise, the opposite. i was hoping someone out there could help me find a very quick and easy translation from english to korean. this would be very helpful, and it could earn you some points! =) thank you so very much!!!

that would greatly depend on how old she is and if she knows any English at all.
There is no single quick way because everyone is different so if she is very young it would be good for you to get flashcards and supply her with a few key verbs and adjectives. if older it might be best if you learnt some korean that would help her feel more comfortable.
there are some free online translators but honestly they are horrible unless you pay for translation and you won't want to do that as she speaks to you.

All I can say is learning the language creates bonds both ways, it can be frustrating but try to enjoy it.

Just talk louder. Everyone understands English if you speak loud enough.
