Wills arranged, especially arrangements for any children that will need care.
Check out prices on funeral options, then make it very clear (preferably in writing AND in person to friends/family) what you want done. This is to spare those you are leaving from having any confusion or arguments about 'what you would have wanted'. If you can afford it, pre-pay funeral expenses.
Make time for relaxed visits with friends and family. Do 'icebreaker' activities, laugh, go bowling, play cards. Give everyone a chance to show their love while they can. The tough guys in the family will need the 'manly' shoulder slaps. etc - not everyone says 'I love you' with words.
If a doctor has given you a 'death sentence' (told you that you only have X amount of time to live), get another doctor. Seriously, mind over matter is amazing - my mom's been alive 25 yrs since doctors started telling her she's about to die. They don't have crystal balls!

here is the meaning of life. it is in the bible. it says: to fear god and observe his commandment for this is the whole obligation of man.- right there is the meaning of life if you do this you will have gods favor when you die which is the most important thing to do
