Fiber is the cure for constipation. The cure is a diet high in fiber like: beans, high-fiber cereals, and dark green veggies.

I wish I knew. I know pears are good fibre for fruits and cabbage is good fibre in veges. I am taking Citrucel, magnesium, and drinking 64 oz of water a day. I am also doing tummy crunches because, for some reason, it seems to help.

Water & a high fibre diet, unless you are at a point where you need to go to the pharmacy...but if you want to feel better after, keep up with lots of high fibre foods & plenty of water everyday. And avoid dairy & nuts til you're feeling better.

Drink a lot of water and get a lot of bulk fiber into your diet. Wheat breads and whole grains. Also try psyllium

Broccoli, carrots, most vegetables.
Cut out dairy as I believe that tends to inhibit bowel movements.
Also try walking a lot.
