Windows XP also has built in unzipping software. (just right-click the zipped file and click the "extract" option.)

Winzip or winrar or windows xp has its own service to do this.

winrar is free for 30 days and wipzip too. download it, use it 30 days then if after they dont let you use it anymore, uninstall and get a new version
