I've looked all over the net, most people tell me to restart windows with the discs, but I lost them. I have Window XP for home with Servicepack2. ITunes just won't run with this for some reason. HELP!

Ok, firstly make sure oyu have the Windows version downloaded. Secondly try Restoring your computer to a previous date so the files will work again. To restore your computer go to Start Menu>All programs>Accessories>System Tools and in that folder System Restore should be there.

If all else fails and you do decide to reformat your computer with discs but lost the discs, then restart your computer and during startup there should be an option to run a built in system reformat. Usually you have to press F2 or F8, can't remember off the top of my head.

Are you sure you downloaded the windows version?

Also, try uninstalling it and re-iinstalling it.
