Can you give me a dietary plan on ow to lose 85 pounds in 10 months please. I weigh 207 pounds and I am 5"2, and 12 Years old.

All you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.

in order to lose 1 pound of adipose tissue (fat) you either need to decrease your caloric intake 3500 calories a week (read the labels on the foods that you eat) or burn 700 calories a day by exercise.
it would be hard to develop a dietary plan for you without knowing a lot about your history. ask you mum or dad to make and appointment with the dietitian at the local hospital for some advice...

At your age you need to grow some more; to lose that many pounds you need to go to the doctor's office and have a diet set up for you. Don't forget exercising.

at 12 yrs old you have an awful lot of growing to do.While your body fat is high you still are going to need proper nutrients and someone to make sure you stay healthy. I suggest you have a parent take you to the dr. so they can make sure that you are healthy first. Then watch you closely and make sure you are on the right diet for you. I wish you the best of luck!

don't drink any pop only water or 100% juice drinks but mostly water and walk at least 4 miles a day and also eat smaller meals but more frequently also do crunches, lunges and push ups you are guaranteed to lose the weight you want and tone your body at the same time

you need to go to the doctor and get your thyriod checked out because it could be why your are so big! You are so young you need a doctors help for safety!
