On 25.12.06, was my 21st birthdae. i got married on Sep, after some confusion with my family and my hubbi's. My marriage was taken place with my family not attending it.. tat was alreadi hurt enough.. now.. my birthday jst passed.. but no single soul from my family called to wish me on my birthday.. i was freaking hurt.. til now im hurt.. But my question is.. wat ever would have happen in the past.. but aren't my family suppose to at least give me birthday wishes through sms??? do u think my family hav DISOWN me?? truth pls..

yea, seems like they want nothing to do with you but you have your hubby so get the most out of him especially if he wished you happy birthday, right now it would do you no good to frown at your family, seems like they are still trying to come to terms with the fact that you married without them having approved it. Girl my heart goes out too you. Why would not allow your family at the wedding. WOW that is crazy. I think you should call those ppl who you R most upset with and find out why they didn't call. If it's something you did than apologize attempt to your wrong doings and move on with life. Life is short enjoy your time well you are here.

you might want to talk to them about it. ask them why they forgot to call you on your birthday. were they made about the wedding?
if they keep ignoring you like this then it's probably a sign that yes..... they are a little mad.

I think you need to make a visit to your family to mend fences. If not, make a few telephone calls.
