For a scratch, lets say? Would you like to tell us more about this scratch?

Could you be looking for more help than you are asking for, like someone to talk too?

If it really is just a scratch, what you scratched it with, or on, can make a big difference.

Cause' you might need a tetanus shot. If it is not deep, you can treat it with hydrogen peroxide in the meantime to make sure it doesn't infect.

But if it's any kind of an iffy situation, it's best to let the E.R. know, and give you a tetanus shot.

And if there is something more going on, talk to somebody, you know? Don't let things like that wait.

There are non crisis lines. If it's something different, then talking to the E.R. isn't good for that, cause they can put you in.

Well, I am a flintknapper, and I get cut and bleed like crazy sometimes and I have found that after I get it slowed down with good cold water and pressure, I apply crazy glue to the cut. Works for me.

super glue is the fastest I've heard of. It seals the skin, and pretty much stops bleeding instantly. I wouldn't recommend it for small cuts though.. and I'd wash with soap and water before you do it.
