You really need to see a Dr. so he can do tests, and examine you. Pain in the lower middle abdomen could be caused by many many things. If you think the pain is coming from inside your vagina and it isn't an STD it could be things like fibroid, a tumour, vaginismus, prolapsed vagina and edimetriosis to name a few. also your pain may be your cervix or uterus. it may simply be an infection not STD related but go and get it checked out.

There are many possibilities for this condition, and you probably won't know what is causing the problem until you are examined by urologist or OBGYN. One possibility is that these feelings are caused by a prolapse of some organ in the pelvic region. A prolapse is where a tear or break occurs in ligaments or other tissues that hold pelvic organs in place, and something slips into a position where it doesn't belong. Pain may come and go if something slips out of place for a short while before slipping back into place. Here's some info on prolapse:

Something that will help a doctor figure this out is to keep track of when the pain occurs in relation to your period and any other things going on such as discharge, nausea, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, or fever, etc., and to make an arrangement so you can see the doctor on short notice while the pain is present.
