How do i get rid of a common folder that comes up when i start my compurter?

My nephew installed office and a video cam on my computer and now when i start my computer a window comes up and it says common file in it how do I stop it from coming up when i start my computer?

run the following two menus of ccleaner
cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner
Issues > Scan For Issues > Fix Selected Issues

on windows select tools>folder option

uninstall the programs that was installed
