Is there any sensors like stickers that can sense our finger movement and report the corresponding movement to my hand held device. If not can any one give me the technlolgy for wireless finger movement sensor. Is hall effect sensors works under these conditions.

Depends on the type of movement you wish to detect. A cooperative target can be equipped with something like the optical mouse light source and sensor, and 2-dimensional motion can be sensed.

Digitizing tablets or touch screens can be used, as well.

A non-cooperative target would need to be imaged by a camera, and a image tracker can be used to follow the finger.

Infra red waves sensors can do the job, although it is a little bit complicated.
