Girls HATE it when you say somthing naughty as a pick up line so just:
"Hey, whats up."
"Hi i'm _____, whats your name?"
"Whatcha doin?"
So something simple is always best. Then you can have a converstaion. Then ask if you could buy her a drink or take her out to coffee.
Girls love it when your nice and sweet. And when you offer to buy her something.

Coming from a girls point of view, truly "Hi, Whats your name?" really is the best way to go. Not only will it get her attention, but it would start a conversation.
