Jump roping for one hour [you can take soem breaks!] burns 500, so it would take a little less than 1.5 hrs. of jump rope to burn 700 calories. You could try spreading this out through the day in 15-20 minute intervels.

Workout out with weights for about 40-60 minutes and your muscles will burn calories during the workout and then for the rest of the day to repair themselves!
