a not-so-good-looking (average) guy ending up with a really beautiful girl?
i am aware that most people are:
beautiful with other beautiful people
and average with other average people.

It happens all the time. An average-looking guy can have an amazing brain and personality, and the gorgeous girl will find that attractive.

Rare is probably relative in this case. I'd say it happens all the time and is rare at the same time considering the ratio of that happening to the ratio of all couples. I'd also say its rare cuz if you eliminated all the guys in that group who are rich, powerful, or famous, the # gets even smaller.
Still, its possible. You have to have something attractive though, ....sense of humor, talent, etc.
I'm actually going for a girl that is probably like 3 1/2 leagues out of my league haha....and its going well so far, so yeah, theres always hope.

It's totally something that happens cuz some beautiful girls look for guys that have a great personality instead of looks! I see couples like that a lot...

its pretty rare, but not uncommon. sometimes two average people start dating, stay together for a long time, then the girl starts to get really hot and doesnt leave.
other times hot girls find average guys attractive if theyre really cool/funny, etc.

No, I always see amazing girls with ugly guys. Almost never the other way around. Us girls we look on the inside of a man. When we tell our friends about our new boyfriend, it's usually how sweet and kind he is. Guys want a preety girl they can show off to there friends!

People are attracted to each other because of other qualities they like in that other person. May it be from financial status, compatibility,beliefs, likes,and dislikes.
