Is it OK to store Omega caps in a cupboard or should they be stored in a fridge? This is after opening them of course.

It somewhat depends on how warm your place is and whether the cupboard is right over the stove.

I've never had a problem with storing them in a cupboard, but my house is air-conditioned in the summer. If your place gets overly warm, then you might want them in the fridge. Otherwise I think they will be fine in the cupboard.
