To be honest... that 6 week Makeover you see on TV. My husband lost 90 ilbs on it and in one week I lost 12 lbs and you eat soo much you are never hungry. I was not a believer till I tried it. Try it and tell me how it goes its soo nice!

Whole, natural, raw foods--avoid the processed crap as much as possible.
If you buy it off a shelf(think hamburger helper, Mr.noodles, even canned soups), it's got added stuff you don't need.
Fresh fruits & veggies, carbs, protein and healthy fats(nuts, olive oil)
Moderation, overeating happens though, just get back on track
Don't under eat. A lot of people deprive themselves of the energy they need when going on diets. Typically, a person needs at least 1800 calories a day, and usually around 2000, or more if your particularly active, is what you should be aiming for.

whole wheat bread and well everything health, because you need to burn calories to lose weight the more you eat the more energy you have and the more energy the more calories you can burn......eat health and DON'T SKIP BREKFEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
