websites are kinda unreliable, because the color will look different on your screen than it actually will on your hair. If you go to a salon that does color, they will have a color sample wheel which has actual hair dyed the color of the dyes they carry.. you can look at the samples, and even hold them up to your skin so you can see what looks best. Beauty supply stores also often have color wheels....
if you insist on looking at a website, I would try searching by the brand name.. like Garnier or Clairol, and seeing if they have samples on their websites.

i doubt there's a website that will show you what highlights go with your specific skin tone and hair color, your best bet is to go get a consultation at a hair salon. they're free and it will totally help you out.
