I seriously need a new hobby to get my crush off my mind. I think about him all the time and I figured if I found a cool hobby it might keep me occupied so I could stop thinking about him so much. Any suggestions?...And please be serious.

I love hobbies; Some have led to carrer opportunities. As for personal relationships You could stay away from drama. Just keep searching for the things that have culture and develop some honest earthy experiances. If you can.. Most schools have and community colleges offer arts and crafts at night school. See what kind of courses are available for some ideas. You have web access so there's a big resorce there! Best of Luck!

A good hobby would be one that brought you in contact with other people. How about a sport? Contact your local recreation center to find out about classes or groups. Or collect something. Go to the phone book and look up stamp or coin collecting places, or models or rocks or anything that interests you, and find out how to join a club related to the collection. Or try naturalist groups in your area. Any kind of dancing will get you in touch with others and be great for your body and mind.
Good luck.

Personally, I like remote controlled aircraft, like helicopters. If you've got some cash that you can put up front, it's a neat little hobby. Some little park flying choppers (like a 1.5 feet long, electric) can do amazing tricks and what not.

It takes a lot of time to start flying well, and it's really exciting to fly; just hovering is cool (when you first start out).

It looks boring to watch, and it may seem boring to you... but it's actually surprisingly exciting when you're doing it. What's more exciting, racing in a formula one, or watching it?

Have you considered music? Although... Learning to play musical instruments need a lot of dedication... Plus, it gets really frustrating sometimes... So, I don't think you should go there.

What about some sports though? You can do stuff like basketball, volleyball, etc. If you're not very athletic, how about sports like badminton, tennis, cheerleading?

Do something that's fun and something that you'll have to do with a lot of people. You'll be able to do it with your friends and you'll have fun. Good luck.

Guitar, start a band, write songs, (work on guitar tabs before lyrics, otherwise you might end up writing about your crush) but that works for me. If you're a nerd like me though you could learn html, my website is pure html and i wrote all of it cuz i have hardly any life. I would say no life, but guitar is awesome

Music. Not listening to it....PLAY IT. Get yourself a guitar of piano and get into it. Now, if you already play...then write a song about what you are feeling. Music, still comes up the answer.
