You'll have to pee sitting down the rest of your life. Even if you take out the ring the hole will not close and you will dribble pee every time you pee forever, ring or no ring. If you try to pee standing up you will pee on your clothes every time. It is not worth it. Especially deciding to do it at 16.

Dude, NO! Your not finished growing if you know what I mean. You don't want to get a PA yet... it could really mess some stuff up. Wait a couple more years.

You also want to make sure your ok with having it or a scar for the rest of your life.

You will definitely need consent... not just the form but probably a parent there with you and a birth certificate, etc. If that will even work. There is probably some law against someone other then an MD touching you at your age. Most probably won't go near it.

I just recently turned 18 and am about to get my second piercing in Oklahoma. If you go to an approved piercing studio then you do have to be 18. However, you can get one with a parents consent and they have to be there. So if your parents will let you do it then you can get one, otherwise, your on your own. Whatever you do, don't do it by yourself!

I suggest you call the studio to find out. Also, if this is your first piercing at a studio, ask around for a good place before you make a choice on where to go.

Highly doubtful that any reputable piercing studio will do that to you if you are under 18 even with adult consent. It is a major liability for them.
