Take your pictures and stick them in the CD drive and then close the CD drive. The computer will know how to read the pictures.

Download them off the internet or make some of your own using something like photoshop.
You can always run to a local Kinkos and see if they will put your pictures on a cd for you. Once you have the pictures on a cd you can put them on as many computers as you want. This will likely cost you 4 times as much money as a scanner or even a digital camera though.

Well if you use a disposable camera you can take it to walmart or wherever you go to get your pic. developed and ask for them to be put on a cd. It cost extra but thats the only other way to put pic. on your computer without a scanner or a digital camera.

If they are pics you already have prints of (that people have given you or that you took when you DID have a camera), you can take them to most photo processing places and get them scanned and also put on a disk.
From there, you can use the disk to put them on your computer. You can have someone help you with this if you're not sure what to do.
Otherwise, you can (as others have said) download pics from the internet or emails and put them on your PC as wallpaper or screen savers, or just save them in a folder to look at or print later.

You need to already have the photos in digital file format (JPG or DCF) and transfer them to your PC using a USB drive, a media reader that can read compact flash, SD, memory stick, or the likes
you cannot create pictures without a scanner or camera, but you can transfer images to your PC if someone else took them for you

all you can do is find a computer that does have a scanner and email the photos to yourself, or get hold of a camera. far as i am aware there is no other means to get photos onto a computer!

Depends on the type of picture we are talking about. I am assuming a glossy 5" picture, so my suggestion is to go to Target/Wal Mart/CVS etc. and go up to the scanner machine and ask to make a CD of the picture. Its not cost effective, but it will work. Hope this helps.

Give your photos to someone you know who does have a scanner. They'll load them in their computer with their scanner, then burn them on a CD for you or they can email them to you so you can print them out from your computer through your email.

The only option I can think of is using a usb flash drive to transfer them from a friends computer. They cost relatively little.
Or maybe you could take photos with your cell phone and email them to your email.
Or have your friends email you pictures and download them from your email to your computer.
Hope this helps and Good Luck with your pictures!
