I am French and learning English for years now so I can speak the two languages. In France people under 35 all know how to speak English because we learned it at school or university. Over 35 a lot do speak English but not all of them.

Umm, if you don't know English and french, how do you think EVERYONE knows it? Or are you asking if the
french all know English? Either way, your answer is no.

Here's the deal... take a lesson and see if it takes. Take more than one (class) if you do think it might. Then go with it. Ultimately, no, no one practices English and French unless they choose to. You French McD Fry :)

in case you're no longer from or in Quebec, opportunities are high you do no longer communicate it. I even have quebecois friends, and French seems to be their maternal language, yet a chum I even have that lives in Alberta can not in any respect. yet I heard is broadly taught in Canada. yet extremely, Quebec has in simple terms approximately all the francophones in Canada. this is why they choose for to secede from Canada as their own state. yet all of us be attentive to ways this is understanding. Oh and in case you pick for a French language action picture from Canada, watch Monsieur Lazhar. it incredibly is good and it incredibly is on Netflix. besides, wish I helped!
