Please Help: How come this doesnt hurt?

In this martial art demonstration 2 girls (about 110-130 pounds) jump on a guys stomach from a chair.

How can he take that?

Well firstly this guys obviously trained for this particular stunt so his abs are probably rock solid, secondly he knows it's coming so he's tensed and ready, he probably does get a bruise or two but it's worth it for the stunt I spose.

Why are people always asking things about this stunt on here? Seriously, this is like the fifth time i've seen it mentioned.
