Eat a low-calorie cereal (like "Special K") with 2% or 1% milk for breakfast, lunch and dessert. Eat your normal dinner. I PROMISE you will lose at LEAST 5 lbs. Try not to snack on anything else, but the cereal. Also, be sure to exercise at least once a week to help burn calories.
In September, I weighed 141 lbs, and I now weigh 126 lbs.
The best part---You don't get hungry, and you won't get dizzy either. If you do, then go off of this "diet" for a week, and then do it again.

There are three things that will help immensely:
1. Do cardio exercises every day (minimum 30 minutes)
2. Eat six small meals a day to keep your blood sugar level. (Each meal should include one lean protein--chicken, fish, beef--and one carb--brown rice, potato, whole wheat pasta. Each serving should be about the size of your closed fist)
3. Take a fat burning supplement with green tea extract
I promise you will lose 10 pounds and more. Just do NOT eat anything else besides your six small meals. No extra fats. Good luck!
