What is the difference?

It will basically be "heaven on earth".

Simple, if you know a few things.
First, you have to discover a way to clone people perfectly, and that means they know exactly what their older counterparts knew.
Second, you have to create your own planet, and put people who you think are perfect upon the planet.
(NOTE! All people will have a different version of a perfect world)

Matt 5:48 you must accordingly be perfect as your heavenly father is perfect. rev 21:4 says the tent of god will reside with mankind he will take away all sadness and death only then will we be absolutely perfect.
