Can anyone recommend some medications for minor cuts and wounds?

Neosporin or a triple antibiotic which has neosporin,polymycin,and bacitracin. it will help prevent infection. But, if you are looking for something to cleanse a wound, the best thing is soap and warm water, and dab a cotton ball with peroxide on it to kill any bacteria that didn't get washed off

Well, apply betadine and try to do this diet to help in the healing process.....All you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it.

You can use NEOSPORIN which has antibacterial qualities and promotes healing. It's a topical ointment or cream that you can find at any grocery store or drugstore.

diaper rash cream will work on scrapes minor cuts and burns .
Make sure you wash any injury with soap and water first and cover all cuts and scrapes leave a burn open and all blisters unpopped,if the blister is popped then cover

try using a triple antiobiotic ointment any brand will work... the sooner the better but clean it out with peroxide first

Neosporin is good. Try hydrogen peroxide, too. They're two good meds to use.
