Not mean - he just doesn't have the ability to control it yet. you might want to try foreplay so that you can enjoy sex more too. Some men will spend their entire lives not being able to bring a woman to climax - pity for the poor girl they hook up with.
You might need to show him how to make you climax, everybody is different in what they require; as you know your own body you may need to teach him what you enjoy.

How long does it take for you to ***, cuz it's he needs to be worked with. If he *** in 3min then he has a problem. The only way to fix that problem is to have him jack off before sex. It's not the best for him but it will be better for you......or simple get rid of his butt.

It's not his fault you completely turn him on and he comes fast. Get some of that desentitizing lotion that makes them a little bit uncomfortable and he won't *** as fast!! It'll work out better for you!!
