I've never cheated on any serious relationship that I've been in (honestly) But every girl that I've been serious about has cheated on me, even though they always say that they love me, and I am their whole world... Why?

That's the question of the century isn't it, why does anybody cheat. I cheated multiple times on a guy that I thought I loved but the truth is I was just using him to get what I could out of him, do you let these girls walk all over you, do you give them stuff to show them that you care and get nothing but their "love" in return. It may also be that they want to see if they really do love you and see if somebody else is going to make them happy. Do not let girls walk all over you cause if you let them they will that's just the way we are women are cruel. Don't give them things to win their love, I don't know if you do or not but it's just some advice for the future, respect yourself, and put them in there place (with words) when they need it. Whoa. Sounds like you've been getting a lot of what you wanted to hear and can't understand why the words and the behavior are so different.
I especially like the clarifier "I've never cheated on any SERIOUS relationship..."
It would probably be helpful for you to identify what you consider part of a serious relationship, and whether the girl who makes the statements "I love you and you are my whole world" (gag!) really has these feelings, or is simply trying to make you feel better.
To be honest, anyone who tells you that you are 'my whole world' is not realistic about the relationship. At some point, rough spots or plain disinterest may arrive and the reality of relationships (including the hard work and compromise many require) will be more apparent.

first of all i think the reason there is many reasons for a girl to cheat on you and if they still telling you that they love you is not to hurt you that much:
1/ Maybe that you are giving them too much love; let me tell you in a relationship you must never show out all the love you have for that person cause the person would always feel that you love them so much that you will forgive them for whatever they do. I am not telling you to treat them bad either just act as how the relationship flows.
2/ Maybe you are not there when they really need you.
3/ Maybe you are choosing someone who dont want a serious relationship.
4/ Maybe you are not all of that capable to interact and find out what really interest them (comunication).
5/ Maybe they ratter you as a friend and not a boyfriend.
6/ Maybe when they got to know you better they realise that you doesn't have all the qualities of their dreaming prince charming.
It's a lot of reasons that only you can tell when you compare all the broken relationships and you find out that from all one reason just there all the time

Honestly I mean you have to ask yourself, why do men cheat? Both men and women cheat and for various reasons. Coming from a females stand point, I've only cheated once and that was after I was cheated on I did it out of revenge and got nothing out of it so it was pointless? People cheat b/c they've been cheated on in the past so they feel they need to make someone else go through the pain they've been put through, others are too young and dont realize how they are hurting someone by doing what they are doing and others just dont give a **** and do it out of spite to hurt someone. I'm sorry that you have had to go through this, but dont ever change and dont give up. You are one of few men that actually dont cheat. Every relationship i've been in up until now (happily married) they all cheated on me. I asked myself the same question, why do men cheat? I was heartbroken, but it does get better. God bless

You know not only girls cheat, guys do too. Maybe u didn't gave it to them.. Just playing with u.. But, to be honest i would never cheat on my boyfriend.. That is just wrong.. Just find a nice girl who cares about u and respects u the way u are..

Hey it's both ways. Guys cheat on girls, girls cheat on boys, boys cheat on boys, and girls cheat on girls. that's life. The people who cheat don't know what they want and that's why they cheat. Probably the ones who cheat on someone have not been cheated on and they don't know what they are making the other person feel, cause they have no heart!

It is not only girls that cheat, men/boys do it too. First of all to jump in a relationship and give 100% right away is silly especially if you do not know one another before the dating. Now also there is a difference in "loving"someone and being "in love" with someone. it sounds to me that these girls only loved you. they were not in love with you.

Because they can, they are unhappy, you cant fulfill their needs. Every girl has her own reason for doing so, none of which are right. Usually, for the same reasons guys cheat. There is not really a right answer for this.

People, not just women, cheat for all of the same reasons. If you are close enough to any of them still ask. Be prepared for the response you may get back.

Sorry to say but it goes both ways. I have been faithful to every one I was ever with. I won't even dance with another man because I feel uncomfortable about it. I have been cheated on also.
