How do I tone up my stomach without doing sit-ups, crunches, and the thing where you raise your legs,,,, I can't do any of those because it hurts my back like really bad. But I need a way to tone up my stomach using at home exercises,,, and fast. Does anyone know how I can do that without using those exercises I listed above?

I dont have a pool to swim,, and plus it's winter. &&Im not doing this for anyone but me.

Before you tone up your abs, you need to fix your back. That may be one of the reasons why you are fat. You need a good back to support your belly, and you need to start doing exercises for your back. Go to a doctor and tell him that you have back problems and you need to rehabilitate yourself. He will give you a booklet on how to deal with back problems.

Then, you can do crunches and start toning up your abs.

The best way I have found that is fun and doesn't really feel like exercising is to belly dance. I found a relatively cheap DVD made by Dolphina...I love it! You can check her out on Goddesslife.com that site tells you all about her and her product.

There is no fast way to lose weight properly...watch what you eat..cut down on carbs and exercise. good luck!

I do a lot of working out so i have a good exercise. Ok its a little confusing to explain in words but ill try. Ok put your fore arms on the ground and hold yourself up in the air with just your toes on the ground and hold yourself there for a set amount of time. HOPE THIS WORKS GOOD LUCK

Trust me, you don't need those muscles.
If you only want them to impress someone, don't worry, it isn't that important, they will still like you regardless, whether if you have rock solid abs or not, and if they do care that much, then they aren't worth your time.

get a bunch of funny movies, or watch funny videos. when you laugh, those muscles get tense. And it's fun too.

pile up maybe about 2 phone books?and just breath!try..i dotn realli know if it actually works...sorry^^
