Simply eat regularly. From my own experience, I tried to starve myself (no breakfast and lunch) and drink fluids only and take dinners for a few months in an effort to reduce weight. I thought it was good because I never felt anything unusual. But I found I gained more weight and became muscular. with a little bulge. But after I went back to normal three meals a day, I gained back my old form and maybe lighter a bit. It worked on me but may not be true to anyone else. It's all in the system.

Eat a low-calorie cereal (like "Special K") with 2% or 1% milk for breakfast, lunch and dessert. Eat your normal dinner. I PROMISE you will lose at LEAST 5 lbs. Try not to snack on anything else, but the cereal. Also, be sure to exercise at least once a week to help burn calories.
In September, I weighed 141 lbs, and I now weigh 126 lbs.
The best part---You don't get hungry, and you won't get dizzy either. If you do, then go off of this "diet" for a week, and then do it again.

All you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.
