- drink water constantly, it helps flush out your system and also (hopefully) prevents you from snacking

- pack light snacks to eat throughout the day (this prevents you from eating junk out of the snack machine) - good snacks: hard boiled eggs, baby carrots, raisins, banana, plain popcorn, nuts, fruit leather, triscuits.

- plan to exercise, dieting alone won't work

- plan exercise that you can do even in bad weather (such as aerobic DVD's, pilates, weights, etc at your house)

- decrease carbs in your diet like white breads and pasta

- never skip breakfast, you'll be starving by lunch

- if you're going to a party with awesome (but unhealthy) food eat before you go so you won't gorge yourself

- don't deny yourself something you REALLY want to eat, just eat in moderation (half a slice of cake is better than eating the whole thing)

- don't drink pop, there are a LOT of calories in regular soda, diet soda is better but there is still a lot of sodium in it which is bad for your diet too

Eat a low-calorie cereal (like "Special K") with 2% or 1% milk for breakfast, lunch and dessert. Eat your normal dinner. I PROMISE you will lose at LEAST 5 lbs. Try not to snack on anything else, but the cereal. Also, be sure to exercise at least once a week to help burn calories.
In September, I weighed 141 lbs, and I now weigh 126 lbs.

The best part---You don't get hungry, and you won't get dizzy either. If you do, then go off of this "diet" for a week, and then do it again.

A way to lose the most is to not approach it as a diet. Diets are short term. Keep it as a life style alteration. Examine your physical actifvity and nutritional intake status and adjust accordingly. Keep the alterations small and low in number to start and gradually add. Keep a goal log. Write down your plan of making alterations... and stick to it. Be realistic!

Don't have any goals be weight orientated. Have them be related to your lifestyle alterations.

Don't weigh yourself... use your clothes as a guide.

Take pictures to visually remind yourself that you are losing.

Most importantly do it because you love yourself and you want to be healthy for a long happy life.

This has losts of fat loss tips. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note-- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Remember the above (not on site) and see site below to re-learn how to eat so you can be thin and fit for life.
