I have been dieting and exercising for 2 months. I lost 8lbs the 1st month and this whole month only 2lbs. I NEED to lose 5 to 8 lbs within a week. Is there a food I can live off of for 1 week to lose weight? Kinda like a crash diet. Any help is greatly appreciated.

All you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Try feeding the tuna mixed with a high quality canned kitten food. He needs the extra vitamins and fat right now. Did the vet check his teeth for disease or abscesses? They vet may be making an educated (best guess) diagnosis of cancer from the blood work. I sure hope not, but any one of the suspects is not a good thing. If you can not or are unwilling to treat whatever is ailing your cat, just keep him as happy and comfortable as possible until the time comes when his life is no longer quality. If he is using the litter box, and not straining or crying, chances are it isn't a blockage. Try the feeding like I suggest and see if that helps. I wish the best for you and your cat. ADD: I know about money issues, but sometimes money doesn't matter, it's the illness. Sometimes the illness isn't worth treating as it can take it's toll on the health of your cat as well. I don't blame you for just making him as comfy as possible, and who knows maybe he'll snap out of it, so don't give up hope! I wish you the best.

drink water and eat lots of salad and fruits and veggies. then when this event that u want to lose weight for is over go back to eating healthy. ur going to only lose water weight and not real weight so sticking to a diet like that isnt going to work in the long run. as soon as u eat normally u will gain it all back if not more!

You need a mix of all sorts of
food.
but non-fatty foods.
like sub-way, morningstar foods,
special K, non-fat milk.
or you can buy some
premium wu-long tea.
its a waitloss tea.
look it up as
"premieum wu-long tea"
on ebay, for full detail and cheap
prices.
alson look up
"negative calorie foods"
those are foods that
take more calories to digest the food then
the food its self.
just don't go to far with this and become underwieght !

P.S.
Don't just all of a sudden change what you eat in a day.
that can cause damage to the body.
and REMEMBER. starving yourself is dumb, mostly because if you start eating again after you've starved yourself your
body will store ALL th fat you eat and you will be twice as big as before.

That's not a healthy goal. 2 lbs a week is normal & safe. Crash dieting is very bad for your body. I would just watch what you eat & excercise maybe 5 times a day for an hour or so. But I would not do the crash diet.
