what can i do to bake and freeze sugar cookies wanted?

You make your sugar cookie dough, roll it into a log, wrap it up in plastic wrap and stick it in the freezer. When you are ready to bake the cookies, take the log out of the freezer, cut in 1/2 in slices and dip one side of each slice in sugar, put on a greased baking sheet and bake. Enjoy!
