I am pretty thin but I eat really really badly -- i eat when i'm bored and it really adds up but i have been slacking about exercise and now i just have this little paunch on my stomach and a little more on my hips than i want too... I am at a lower range BMI and mostly I just want to lose this unwanted extra stuff on me... I don't have a long attention span with exercises and I'm wondering if there are any exercises to do that I can do quickly and frequently and lose this stuff.

if u lose interest real quickly which is just what i do i just try to make better choices during my day so it doesnt seem like im exercising. instead of taking the escalator take the stairs. instead of getting pepsi get water. dont park close to the entrance park ur car a little further and walk that extra few steps. also i try to wear gym shoes more than my heels or at least carry them in the car so i can change my shoes when i run errands. it helps me to move around a lot faster. good luck!

eat well and nutritious and get out and walk a little. If you want to much eat carrot sticks. When I get the munchies I drink a full glass of water or two and that helps me not eat to be eating. Some times your mind is thirsty and you can misinterpret the signal and think you are hungry.

A Tae Bo tape from the dollar store helped me start exercising again.

I totally feel you. I have ADHD and lose attention span quickly.

Do exercises that make you happy. I go bike riding or dancing with my friends. Park in back lot. Carry groceries in one bag at a time. Take stairs. Incorporate extra in your daily life. I take two stairs when going up (feel the burn!).

Eating... I can't have any bad foods around... won't last more than a day or two. Keep natural foods around you... you can eat as much as you want and not worry.

All you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.

Make a date with me... and we will go dancing all evening... drink only water, and then... have hot and sweaty sex all night until the sun come up... and you will loose all those pounds... and have a super smile on your face!!!! how about it?
