I am pretty thin but I eat really really badly -- i eat when i'm bored and it really adds up but i have been slacking about exercise and now i just have this little paunch on my stomach and a little more on my hips than i want too... I am at a lower range BMI and mostly I just want to lose this unwanted extra stuff on me... I don't have a long attention span with exercises and I'm wondering if there are any exercises to do that I can do quickly and frequently and lose this stuff.
