How do I tone up my stomach without doing sit-ups, crunches, and the thing where you raise your legs,,,, I can't do any of those because it hurts my back like really bad. But I need a way to tone up my stomach using at home exercises,,, and fast. Does anyone know how I can do that without using those exercises I listed above?

Your back hurts because you didn't work out your abdominals. Now you don't want to work your abdominals because your back hurts. So your back will get worse.

Quit complaining and exercise. Get a Swiss Ball

and roll back so that it is positioned at the small of your back for cushioning, and then do crunches. Swiss Balls sell for as little as $15.

do aerobics, for your back first and then your abs
