Is there a way to tell if a DVD has been "ripped"?

With all the technology out there, there has to be a way to tell if someone you sold a DVD to just ripped the files off there and jipped you.

Is there? What is it called? How does it work?

Not really, but if you put a dvd in the player and it refuse to play, 99.999% it's a copy.

no there isnt. but tthey do plan on inserting RFID chips into dvd's and computers of the future to stop copying
