Start at the top part where the avocado was pulled off of the plant. run ur knife long ways all the way down, around the bottom and back up to the top so it meets the spot where u first put the knife in. Put the palm of one and on one half and the other palm on the other half and twist gently. One side will be pitless and the other side with have the big wooden pit in it. Either scoop it out with a spoon or take a knife and hit the pit with the blade (carefully) and when the blade gets kinda stuck in the pit, twist it, it'll come right out.

With avocado in one hand and big knife in other cut avocado all the way around. Twist it open and with knife smack it into the seed and turn the knife while it is stuck in the seed- it will pop right out. Then you can cut the two halves into quarters and peel- easy breezy!

TAKE A KNIFE AND CUT THE AVOCADO LENGTHWISE END TO END. WHEN CUTTING PUSH THE KNIFE SO IT STAYS ON THE SEED INSIDE.THEN PUT THE KNIFE ASIDE AND PRY THE AVOCADO APART W/YOUR FINGERS . THEN POP THE SEED OUT AND SCOUP THE AVOCADO OUT OF THE SKIN W/A SPOON. WAIT FOR THE AVOCADO TO RIPEN SOME AND BECOME SOFT. IF YOU WANT AN AVOCADO TREE THEN WAIT FOR THE SEED TO DRY AND PUT FOUR TOOTHPICKS SLIGHTLY INTO THE SEED THEN PUT THE SEED INTO A FULL GLASS OF WATER - - THE TOOTHPICKS KEEP THE SEED FROM ONCE THE THING SHOOTS A SPROUT PUT IT IN SOIL IN A SMALL POT, THEN A BIGGER POT ETC.

Carefully cut the avocado lengthwise from top to bottom on one side and then the other. Carefully stick the point of the knife in the pit and gently pull - it should come right out.
