Cut them off. It's really the only way to get rid of them. The products that say they will fix them do not really work once you have them. Make sure you get them all off or they will come back. Then make sure you trim the hair every three months and this makes a big difference. Just trim a tiny bit, and it willl actually help your hair to grow so much healthier. There are some deep conditioning treatments that will help some, nut if you use them too much the can actually be harmful. Also stay away from heat like curling irons and straighteners and blowdryers, and chemicals like hair dye and perms. Good Luck!
