I [Jesus] am he which searcheth the reins [kidneys] and hearts. Revelation 2:23
Yes, it's true. Jesus is going to search through your kidneys. And if he doesn't like what he finds there, he's going to send you to hell.

What if I had a kidney transplant, does it still count?

You better check your dictionary, ding-dong. 'Reins' (nephros) is actually a euphanism for the testicles. Apparently Jesus wants to know if you've got the stones to do the right thing.

In trying to be funny, you show your ignorance.

Faucett Bible Dictionary
Reins

kelayot. The "kidneys"; the supposed seat of the desires and affections (Psa_7:9; Psa_26:2; Jer_11:20; Jer_17:10; Job_19:27). For "the loins" (halatsaim), Isa_11:5.

Eato's Bible Dictionary

Reins

The kidneys, the supposed seat of the desires and affections; used metaphorically for “heart.” The “reins” and the “heart” are often mentioned together, as denoting the whole moral constitution of man (Psa_7:9; Psa_16:7; Psa_26:2; Psa_139:13; Jer_17:10, etc.).

You go to hell by NOT accepting Jesus Christ as your personal savior. That is all. Sin does not get you there.

John 14:6 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

John 3:3 (KJV) Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

So if you do not know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior you will go to hell. The matter of kidneys has nothing to do with it at all.
