Depends where in Australia you're going, but Sydney or Melbourne to London typically takes about 19-20 hours in flight, plus add however many hours you're stopped over and transferring in Singapore (which could vary a lot of course). In total I'd guess you're looking at 22-24 hours.

As for the time difference, the east coast GMT+10, so add 10 hours. West coast is +8 hours.

For a scheduled flight on this route, you're looking about 23 hours from Manchester to Melbourne and to Sydney. It does depend where in Australia you are going and charter flights will take longer.

Time differences depend on where in Australia you are in and summer time need to be considered. Australian Eastern Standard Time is 10 hours ahead of GMT, Central Time is 9.5 hours ahead of GMT and Western Time is 8 hours ahead.
