I believe that God has all the answers, I don't.

I do believe it is arrogant for someone to think that the literatures and semantics of their religion has all the answers. If it had all the answers then why would they call it “having faith” in a religion?

Most religious passages were written by humans or less than perfect profits or disciple which means that you cant believe any documented religion to be precise and you have to leave a lot of room for interpretation.

I believe in a creator, I believe in God. Not Atheist but don’t follow a particular religion so I dont have many answers for you and I think you could combine all the religions in the world and still wouldnt be even close to having all the answers.

Complete? If by that you mean both "necessary and sufficient", then I believe Biblical Christianity is both necessary and sufficient to securing eternal life. I agree with the Bible that Jesus is the only Way, Truth and Life (John 14:6; Acts 4:12)

Absolutely defensible? Well, God chooses what He will and will not reveal. Job's questions were never answered. God keeps secrets (Deut 29:29), and His ways are not like ours (Isa 55).

The thing to really consider is the nature of the "questions": theoretical or pragmatic? The Bible was written for travelers (practitioners) and typically frustrates spectators.

Has God revealed enough for me to understand what is needed to respond to Him in loving obedience? Yes. And interestingly, actual experience yields insight which is otherwise unattainable.

Personally, (although I am a Christian myself) I don't believe anyone, if they dig deep enough, will be able to argue that their religion is complete. All belief systems have their blind spots, including atheism or the like. There are certain unexplainable phenomena that have occurred in history that detract from the strength of each belief system. The fact is that if you are a devout enough follower of your faith, your religion will carry you through the unanswered questions and your faith in the veracity of your belief will lead you to believe that your religion truly is complete. This holds true for Islam, Judaism, Shintoism, Catholicism, etc.

I have christian beliefs not a part of any religion. I study the Holy Bible King James version. I answer questions in my own personal words according to what I have read in the bible but much of what I say is testimony of my personal experiences. If I don't know for sure I'll be the first to say I "think" or something along those lines.

1. I believe that the Bible and the Book of Mormon contain "the fulness of the gospel" or in other words "everything that is needed for salvation"...there are many questions that aren't very related to the salvation of man...that aren't very important to discuss or answer...

2. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints embraces all truth...so if it is true then we believe it...(whether it be a mathematical truth or a scientific truth etc...)

so because of these 2 things I do feel confident in answering yes to the first part of your question....

Can I answer any questions? I feel like if there is anything that I really want to know and if I am willing to pay the price to know...that I could learn it. After all it is God's promise! ....ask and ye shall receive...seek and ye shall find...knock and it shall be opened unto you...

I believe that it would be on God's terms though and in His time. So ...I couldn't necessarily know in an instant if it wasn't God's will for me to know at that time...

I remember hearing a story about an apostle in the Church who fasted and prayed once a week for 10 years for the answer to a question. I mean I don't think there is anything at the present time I want to know that bad....I have found however that God is very generous and giving when it comes to questions pertaining to salvation! (Such as "Is Jesus Christ the Son of God?"or "Which Church is the true Church?" ....etc...) those questions He has seemed anxious to answer and I know He has answered me very powerfully in these types of questions...

Another important thing to consider is that we are RESPONSIBLE for the knowledge we obtain---- and he who sins against the greater light shall receive the greater condemnation. So I think God keeps knowledge from us that we are not ready for...if it would not be a benefit to us...that is one of the reasons that Jesus taught in parables...that they who were ready for the truths could receive them...and yet not condemn others who heard who were not ready for the deeper spiritual meaning.

If you can't find your answer from the Bible then its just someones opinion.

DON'T GO BY WHAT SOMEONE SAYS IF THE BIBLE CAN'T BACK IT UP THEN ITS WRONG!

Same with a Religion. If they don't teach right out of the bible then your in the wrong place.

Find a Religion that teaches strictly from the Bible, like The Seventh-Day Adventist's. They go strictly from the Bible, and when you ask them a question they open up there Bible with you and find your answer there, THERE GREAT !

Don't take someones word for it or you will get yourself in trouble.

THE BIBLE HOLDS ALL THE ANSWERS !
and the Bible "ONLY"......

God Bless & Good Luck !

I'm an atheist, and I don't pretend that any question can be answered. You can give an answer to any question, and religion is great at doing this. However, you can't give real answers to every question. Those that look to religion to answer questions just don't want to look deeper.

No - religion, by definition, is a set of opinions used to define the unknown and the subjective. Religion addresses spiritual, metaphysical and philosophical issues, and provides subjective answers based on individual experiences. Anything that steps beyond this category is no longer religion.

My "religion" is complete but I admit to not having all the answers. Even though I am created in God's image, I am tainted by the fall of Adam and do not know as God knows.

I'm Wiccan and a spiritual person. Anyone who says that their religion can answer any question, is arrogant in the extreme.
